GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with the Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything best 5.7 ammo - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's seized up or something. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare? Any tips on how to un-brick this thing would
